Commercial fitness equipment has torque specs, cable routings, anchoring requirements, and manufacturer instructions. We treat it like the technical work it is — not furniture assembly at scale.

Occupied buildings, active trades, freight elevators, quiet hours — the installation serves the site, not the other way around. Logistics planning is half the job.

Done means documented
A project is complete when the punch list is closed, the room is clean, and the documentation is delivered. Not before.
