MPACT Athletic Installations

Capability 02 — Logistics scope

Receiving & Inventory

Equipment problems are cheapest to solve at the dock. MPACT receives commercial fitness freight, verifies it against manifests, documents condition, and stages it for installation — so the project team knows exactly what is on site, what is missing, and what arrived damaged while there is still time to act.

Field notes

How we run this scope.

01

Count first, open second

Cartons are counted and reconciled before unpacking begins. Concealed damage found during assembly is photographed against the original packaging so claims hold up.

02

Staged by sequence

Equipment is staged in installation order, not stacked where the forklift stopped. Crews assemble instead of hunting for hardware kits.
