When you submit a project inquiry through this site, MPACT Athletic Installations collects the information you provide: contact details, project details, and any files you attach (such as equipment lists, layouts, and site photographs).

We also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (page views and interactions) to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

Submitted project information is used to review, scope, schedule, and respond to your inquiry, and to communicate with you about your project. Uploaded documents are used only for evaluating and executing the work you describe.

Storage and sharing

Project submissions are transmitted to our project team through the notification and storage providers configured for this site. We share project information only with people involved in delivering the work (for example, crew leads or coordinating contractors) and never for advertising purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you've submitted, or ask us to delete it, by contacting projects@mpactinstallations.com. Locally saved drafts (such as scope-builder selections) are stored only in your browser and can be cleared at any time from the site or your browser settings.
